CICA Motors, the sole authorized Toyota distributor in Liberia, has officially launched the highly anticipated All-New 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado into the Liberian market.
The Land Cruiser Prado, also referred to as the “New Original” showcases a striking redesign while preserving its iconic off-road capabilities and robust engineering. Available in two in two distinct editions—standard and limited—this latest release elevates performance, comfort and safety, meeting the demands of both luxury seekers and adventure enthusiast, Navin Chander, Managing Director of CICA Motors Liberia, said at an impressive unveiling ceremony held at the company’s showroom in Sayon Town, Bushrod.

Providing insight into the new vehicle, Armah Youlo, CICA Motors Deputy Sale Manager, said, “Today, we unveil not just one, but two extraordinary editions of the Land Cruiser Prado—the Limited Edition, also known as the First Edition, and the Standard Edition, also known as the Adventure Edition.”
The production of the luxurious Limited Brand is a flashback in time, or a ‘Back to the Roots,’ initiative, perfectly bringing into reflection the very first edition of the Toyota Land Cruiser brand produced in the 1960s.
“The Limited Edition, with a total of 5000 units produced worldwide, and only four arriving in Liberia so far, takes us back to our roots, commemorating the inception of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. It symbolizes exclusivity, history and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence. The vehicles represent the pinnacle of luxury, performance and versatility. With the new 8-Speed Automatic Transmission, T24A-FTS turbo charged powerful gasoline (petrol) engine, the Land Cruiser Prado delivers an exhilarating driving experience, combining power and efficiency in perfect harmony.

Among the notable features of the vehicle, which is already available in all Toyota by CFAO outlets in Nigeria, is the Electric Power System (EPS)—the first in the Land Cruiser family—that facilitates improved maneuverability. Additionally, the new Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism anti-roll bar system significantly enhances the vehicle’s off-road capabilities while guaranteeing outstanding comfort.
